My jewelry is inspired by pairing down, focusing on traditional techniques, kinetic movement, and repetition of form. Inspiration was drawn heavily from the Arts and Crafts movement in jewelry and other decorative or craft arts such as quilting, weaving, and iron working.

This collection is 100% handmade by me in my studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Every piece starts with choosing a stone with a personality all its own. I love finding unique shapes, stunning colors, and one of a kind inclusions to feature in my modern designs. There is a wonderful juxtaposition between the natural elements and the sleek shapes created with the sterling silver.

Choosing the stone…

Each stone is handpicked because of its unique colors, shape, and or inclusions. I want each piece I create to be as one-of-a-kind as its wearer. 

Fabrication…

All of my work is made with .925 sterling silver which I form, hammer, file, and solder to create the metal components of every piece.

Finishing touches…

Once all of the stones are set each piece is hand polished and tumbled to achieve the perfect brushed finish.
